All InfraDesk paid plans come with a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. You may request a full refund within this period for any reason, with no conditions, no exceptions, and no partial deductions.

1. Eligibility

Any customer who has purchased a paid InfraDesk subscription plan is eligible for a full refund if the refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

Include your registered email address and order/payment reference number. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Amount

Approved refunds are issued for the full amount paid — no deductions for usage, processing fees, or partial periods. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. After the 14-Day Window
