Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

InfraDesk offers a Free plan with no payment required. You can use the Free plan indefinitely without any charges.

2. Paid Subscriptions

InfraDesk offers monthly and annual subscription plans (Pro and Team). All subscriptions are prepaid and automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • You will continue to have access to paid features until the billing period ends

4. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal if you have not used the paid features extensively. No refunds after 7 days.

Annual subscriptions: If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exceptions — No refunds for:

  • Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Partial months of service
  • Cases where significant usage has occurred

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at billing@getinfradesk.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order/transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request

We will process your request within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
