1. About InfraDesk

InfraDesk is a cloud cost optimization platform operated by Strinosoft Enterprises Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN U72900PN2022PTC208911, having its registered office at FL No 401, Crystel Royal, S No. 39/11, Nr Pacific Ambegaon BK, Pune, Maharashtra, India — 411046 (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

InfraDesk is accessible at www.getinfradesk.com and provides AWS cost analysis, anomaly detection, scheduling, and optimization recommendations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using InfraDesk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

3. Description of Service

InfraDesk provides tools to connect your AWS account(s), analyze cloud spend, detect cost anomalies, schedule EC2 instances, and receive AI-powered optimization suggestions. Features available depend on your subscription plan (Free or Pro).

4. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use InfraDesk. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.

5. AWS Access and Data

By connecting your AWS account, you grant InfraDesk permission to read your AWS resource metadata and cost data, and to perform remediation actions you explicitly authorize. Your AWS credentials are stored in encrypted form and are not shared with third parties except as required to operate the platform.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase will be honored in full with no conditions. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

InfraDesk provides recommendations and automation tools. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any actions taken on your AWS infrastructure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strinosoft Enterprises Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of InfraDesk.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of InfraDesk after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
