1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using InfraDesk ("Service"), operated by Strinosoft ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

InfraDesk is an AI-powered AWS cost monitoring and optimization platform. The Service connects to your Amazon Web Services (AWS) accounts using read-only credentials to analyze cloud spending and provide cost optimization recommendations.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use InfraDesk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. AWS Credentials and Data Security

InfraDesk requires read-only AWS IAM credentials to function. These credentials are:

• Encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage
• Used solely for the purpose of reading your AWS cost and usage data
• Never shared with third parties
• Never used to modify, delete, or create any AWS resources

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the AWS credentials you provide have appropriate permissions as specified in our documentation.

5. Subscription and Payment

InfraDesk offers Free, Pro, and Team subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to harm or defraud others

7. AI-Generated Recommendations

InfraDesk uses artificial intelligence to generate cost optimization recommendations. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You should always verify recommendations independently before implementing any changes to your AWS infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strinosoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
